As soon as you’ve ordered your artificial flowers, whether a bouquet or Singles, our team gets to work. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link by email. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Small order surcharge: For orders up to and including CHF 30.–, we charge a flat-rate small order surcharge of CHF 8.–.

You have 14 days to return your bouquet or single art flowers – even if you've already unpacked them. The important thing is that the bouquet is still tied and unused. For single art flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.

1. Returns are free of charge.
2. You will find the return label in the package.
3. Please ensure that your product is unused and in its original condition.
4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the parcel, close the parcel, affix the label and drop it off at the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.

Once your package arrives and has been inspected, we will refund you using the same method you paid.
