Returns

You have 14 days to return your bouquet or single art flowers, even if you have already unpacked them. It is important that the bouquet is still tied and unused. For single artificial flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.

1. Returns are free of charge.
2. You will find the return label in the package.
3. Please ensure that your product is unused and in its original condition.
4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the package, close the package, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest DPD Pickup Parcel Shop.

As soon as we receive and check your package, we will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay.
