You have 14 days to return your bouquet or single artificial flowers – even if you've already unpacked them. The only requirement is that the bouquet is still tied and unused. For single artificial flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.
1. Returns are free.
2. You will find the return label in the package.
3. Please ensure that your product is unused and in its original condition.
4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the package, close the package, affix the label and hand it in at the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.

Once your package arrives and has been inspected, we will refund you the amount using the same payment method you used.

Orders placed before 2 PM : Shipping on the same working day via DPD
Once you've ordered your artificial flowers, whether a bouquet or individual blooms, our floral stylists will get to work. Each artificial flower bouquet is carefully arranged by hand. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link via email. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
Minimum order surcharge: For orders up to a value of CHF 30.–, we charge a flat minimum order surcharge of CHF 8.–.
Art flowers are easy to care for – but a little love never hurts. Our art flowers require no water, no pruning, and no fertilizer. And yet they remain beautiful – day after day, year after year.
Need a little freshening? Set the hairdryer to a cool or lukewarm setting and blow gently over your art flowers.
Your home, your style. Our art flower bouquets and single art flowers are arranged by hand – just like in the photos, but with some flexibility for you. You can easily bend the stems slightly to customize your bouquet. Whether you choose art roses, art tulips, or other art flowers, you decide whether you want to keep the look as shown in the photo or create your own unique shape.
But rules? There are no rules for art flowers. The important thing is that they fit your interior - whether it's a coffee table, sideboard, or dining table. Our art flower bouquets are as versatile as your everyday life - a long-lasting piece of home decor for rooms with character.
Sometimes the room changes - or simply your mood. No problem. You can restyle your art flowers or share them with someone. But you can also use our Silk Service if you want something completely new.
Send us an email to info@silkhaus.ch. We'll help you return the bouquet, and you'll receive a 25% discount on your next bouquet. The returned bouquet will be donated to a school or a retirement home. Because, as we say, artificial flowers last. And so does shared joy.
