Why are these artificial flowers of higher quality than conventional artificial flowers?

Because we only offer artificial flowers that we would place in our own home. Instead of cheap mass-produced goods, we carry selected collections from premium brands such as Silk-ka, Emerald, Pure, and other renowned manufacturers.

Many of our artificial flowers feature a high-quality real-touch surface and look astonishingly similar to real flowers – not only visually, but also to the touch. When people see our flowers for the first time, they often only realize on second glance that they are not real.

Do the artificial flowers really look as good as in the photos?

Yes – and often they create even more enthusiasm in real life. The artificial flowers of our brands are chosen for their exceptionally realistic appearance, and many customers have to look twice to realize they are not real.

What material are the artificial flowers made of?

The artificial flowers are made from high-quality textile and plastic materials that come very close to real flowers in look and feel. Through fine details, natural color gradients, and realistic bloom structures, the artificial flowers appear particularly high-quality and lifelike.

Why are there price differences for similar artificial flowers?

The quality of artificial flowers can vary greatly. Price differences arise, among other things, from the materials used, size, workmanship, brand quality, and the "Real Touch" effect in artificial flowers.

Do I have to arrange the bouquet myself?

No. The bouquets are already arranged and bound by florists of our brands. After unpacking, you can gently shape the stems if necessary and place the bouquet directly in the vase.

How many stems do I need?

Most arrangements look significantly more natural and high-quality with several stems.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend decorating a bit more generously. This creates the full effect for which high-quality artificial flowers are known. We are also happy to advise you on composing your bouquet.

Can I bend or shorten the stems?

Yes. Most stems contain a flexible wire core and can be easily bent or adjusted. This allows the bouquet to be perfectly matched to your vase and your room.

How long do artificial flowers last?

Many years.

Unlike fresh flowers, our artificial flowers do not wilt, do not lose leaves, and require no water or care. Once arranged, they remain beautiful permanently – regardless of season, temperature, or lighting conditions.

Can I return the artificial flowers?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of return. If you don't like the artificial flowers after all, you can return them easily and free of charge.

Return

You have 14 days to return your bouquet or single artificial flowers – even if you've already unpacked them. The only requirement is that the bouquet is still tied and unused. For single artificial flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.

3. Please ensure that your product is unused and in its original condition.
4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the package, close the package, affix the label and hand it in at the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.

Once you've ordered your artificial flowers, whether a bouquet or individual blooms, our floral stylists will get to work. Each artificial flower bouquet is carefully arranged by hand. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link via email. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

Minimum order surcharge: For orders up to a value of CHF 30.–, we charge a flat minimum order surcharge of CHF 8.–.
