Returns, Payment and Shipping

Shipping: Free standard shipping DPD Home. You will receive two packaged parcels:

- 1x parcel with artificial flowers (simply take them out, remove labels and place in a vase - bend and style as you wish).

- 1x parcel with premium vase (vase arrives securely packaged).

Returns: You have 14 days to return your order – even if you have already unpacked the artificial flowers. For artificial flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.

3. Please ensure that your products are unused and in their original condition.
4. Place product and invoice/delivery note in the parcel, close the parcel, attach the label and drop it off at the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.

Once your parcel arrives and has been checked, we will refund the amount using the same method you used for payment.
