Returns, Payment and Shipping

Shipping: Free standard shipping DPD Home. You will receive two perfectly packed parcels:

- 1x parcel with artificial flowers (simply remove, discard labels, and place in a vase - bend and style to your liking - easy).

- 1x parcel with premium vase (vase arrives in original packaging, securely delivered to you).

Returns: You have 14 days to return your order – even if you have already unpacked the artificial flowers. For the artificial flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.

3. Please ensure that your products are unused and in their original condition.
4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the parcel, close the parcel, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.
