What material are the artificial flowers made of?

Why are there price differences for similar artificial flowers?

The quality of artificial flowers can vary greatly. Price differences arise, among other things, from the materials used, size, craftsmanship, brand quality, and the "Real Touch" effect in artificial flowers.

How many stems do I need?

Most arrangements look significantly more natural and high-quality with multiple stems.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend decorating a little more generously. This creates the full effect for which high-quality artificial flowers are known. We would also be happy to advise you on putting together your bouquet.

Can I bend or shorten the stems?

Yes. Most stems contain a flexible wire core and can be easily bent or adjusted. This allows the bouquet to be optimally matched to your vase and your room.

How long do artificial flowers last?

Many years.

Unlike fresh flowers, our artificial flowers do not wilt, do not lose leaves, and require neither water nor care. Once arranged, they remain beautiful permanently—regardless of season, temperature, or light conditions.

Can I return the artificial flowers?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of return. If you don't like the artificial flowers after all, you can return them easily and free of charge.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your order – even if you have already unpacked the artificial flowers. The only important thing is that the floral style is still bound and unused. For single artificial flowers, the label must not be cut and the product must be undamaged.

4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the package, close the package, stick on the label and drop it off at the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.

Every order is carefully assembled by hand. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link via email. Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days.
