What material are the artificial flowers made of?

The artificial flowers are made of high-quality textile and plastic materials that come very close to real flowers in look and feel. Fine details, natural color gradients and realistic flower structures make the artificial flowers look particularly high-quality and lifelike.

How many stems do I need?

The ideal number of stems depends on the desired effect.

For a natural and fuller look, we usually recommend several stems of the same artificial flowers.

Can I bend or shorten the stems?

Yes. Most stems contain a flexible wire core and can be easily bent or adjusted. This allows the bouquet to be optimally matched to your vase and your room.

How long do artificial flowers last?

The artificial flowers retain their shape and color for many years. Unlike fresh flowers, they require neither water nor care and look beautiful permanently.

Can I return the artificial flowers?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of return. If you don't like the bouquet at home, you can return it easily and free of charge.

Artificial flowers are low-maintenance – but a little love never hurts. Our artificial flowers need no water, no pruning, no fertilizer. And yet they stay beautiful – day after day, year after year.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your order – even if you have already unpacked the artificial flowers. The only important thing is that the floral style is still tied and unused. For single artificial flowers, the label must not be cut off and the product must be undamaged.

3. Please ensure that your products are unused and in their original condition.
4. Place the product and invoice/delivery note in the package, close the package, affix the label and drop it off at the nearest DPD Pickup Parcelshop.

As soon as your package arrives and has been checked, we will refund the amount to you using the same method of payment you used.

Every order is carefully assembled by hand. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link via email. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
